Shipping & Delivery Policy

WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING FREE SHIPPING OVER $50 AUD!
-Free shipping on domestic orders over $50
-Flat rate of $6 for orders under $50
-Flat rate of $6 for all international orders
We aim to complete and ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving your order. Once dispatched, please allow 7-14 business day for delivery service within metropolitan areas. For orders outside of the metropolitan area, please allow an additional 1-2 business days and up to 5 business days for WA, parts of QLD, NT and Tasmania.
Orders are packed and shipped daily, Monday through to Friday (except public holidays). Please allow for delays over public holidays, extreme weather conditions and property access for delivery. For shipment updates please use the tracking number provided in your shipped confirmation email or contact your local postal service with your tracking number.
Please make sure all postal information is correct and up to date, as we take no responsibility for incorrect information or sending your item to the incorrect address. Please advise us asap PRIOR to sending your item if your address is incorrect and provide us with the correct information. Once your item is shipped unfortunately there is nothing further we can do and customers will incur a reshipping fee.
It is the customers responsibility to select the Free Shipping checkbox at the checkout if the minimum spend is reached.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure their delivery details and product order are correct upon checkout.
All orders are sent via Australia Post or eParcel Standard shipping with Tracking.
If a delivery is “Returned to Sender” due to the customer providing an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect the parcel from a designated post office or outlet due to a card being left at the delivery address, the order will incur a Return To Sender fee and we cannot refund original shipping charges.
Some countries may charge an entry tax for you to accept your product, this is the recipients responsibility and Jasper & Co store is not held responsible for these costs.
Domestic & International Shipping
Please note that there is currently a severe delay on all international orders due to Covid-19.
Your order will be delivered through Australia post for domestic orders and eParcel for international orders. In most cases. The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode. International orders can take up to 10-21 business days for delivery. Please allow extra time for post deliveries at peak times eg. Christmas and Easter. Jasper & Co does not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required, although you may return them at your cost for a credit (exclusions may apply). A signature is required for delivery. If no-one is available to sign for your parcel, the courier should leave a card advising you of your pick-up options. As this may not always happen, we advise you to keep track of your delivery through the courier tracking number that can be found online in your Jasper & Co. account. If for any reason you do not arrange to pick the parcel up promptly from the postal outlet, the parcel will be returned to us. Should this happen, you will be required to pay a fee for re-delivery.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking code for either Australia Post or the ePackage service delivering the order.
