We hope you love everything you order from us, but we get that sometimes things don’t work out! If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help you.

Our Online Returns policy
If, for any reason, you would like to return your items, we will happily accept your items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Our returns policy lasts 14 days and in dog time, 14 days feels like forever so we are not able to accept returns after this time. Refunds cannot be approved for bandannas, bow ties or collars that are made to order.
Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of shipping is at the buyers expense. Whether this be the original shipment / return or paying for postage costs once you receive your store credit. If you’ve changed your mind or purchased the wrong size withing this time frame, shipping will be at your own expense.
Please note that unfortunately we do NOT offer product exchanges. If you purchase the wrong size, you will still need to do this Returns process and purchase the correct size on a separate order. If you received free shipping on your original order and choose to return your order, the shipping cost already paid by Jasper & Co will be deducted from the total return value.
Have you received a defective item? We will offer a refund if we are contacted within 14 days of receiving the item/s. After 14 days we are able to offer a store credit but we do not offer a refund nor any store credit if you have changed your mind about your order or purchased the incorrect size after 14 days of receiving the goods. If we’ve sent you the wrong item or your item is faulty/damaged we’ll happily cover the cost of return shipping.
Jasper & Co products come in a number of different sizes, so please check the individual product descriptions for measurements or by checking the size guides provided here.
All Returns must:
All returned products must be unused, in their original undamaged packaging and contain no marks/stains/rips/smells/fur.
All returns must be sent back with a completed Returns Form & a copy of your invoice inside the parcel.
Please remember we are only a small business so allow 3-5 business days from the time the item has been sent back to us, for all returns to be receipted and refunds to be issued.

Once your return is received and inspected, Jasper & Co will refund the value of your item (via the original form of payment) within 3-5 days of receiving and accepting the returned item in the same condition in which it was shipped. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

We are unable to cancel orders, once shipped or lodged with Australia Post or eParcel. If a refund is requested, items will be refunded minus shipping costs.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items may only be refunded or returned if they are found to be faulty. Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged, as alternate sizes are often sold out or unavailable. Please measure your pet carefully when purchasing, we do not refund is a alternate size is not available.
All products are covered by statutory warranties, and are made from high quality and durable materials. However they are not indestructible. We guarantee the products we sell to you are free from defects. If you have experienced a problem with any of our products, please send an email to us at with details and a photo of the issue.
Please ensure that you inspect all items for wear prior to use. We are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products.
